Corporate governance officer will be in charge of affairs related to the governance of Utechzone; job responsibilities include providing directors with the required information, assisting directors to be in compliance with the laws and regulations, holding the board of directors’ meetings and shareholders’ meeting in accordance with the law and regulations, and other relevant matters.

Annual business plan is described as follows:

1. Arrange training courses for the directors.
2. Plan and implement the annual board of directors meeting and shareholders’ meeting, and other relevant matters.
3. Take meeting minutes for board of directors’ meetings and shareholders’ meetings.
4. Assist and remind the directors of the regulations that should be followed for the business implementation or when making a formal conclusion for the board of directors.
5. Release and ensure the legality/ correctness of the content of the important announcements based on the important information concluded in the board of directors’ meetings, to protect the investor's right for equality of trading information.
