Is it required to take business trip frequently in UT? If so, for how long?

The purpose of the business trip is to solve problem and develop market. The duration of business trip is often within few days and few weeks with locations across Asia, Europe and the States. Should I prepare any document for interview and how long does the interview take?
You will receive an official form from the HR to fill out prior to the interview. It is requested to bring this form along with your academic certificate and related representative works to the interview. The duration of interview varies according to different job vacancy; but normally the whole process including filling out forms, taking exams and having one-on-one interview is expected to be done in 2 hours.
