Information Security |
At the end of 2022, the company obtained the information security authentication as ISO 27001, which meets international standards. In order to ensure the implementation of ISO 27001 management mechanism, we carries out the "Plan-Do-Check-Act" (PDCA) operation and conducts internal self-audit and external impartial third-party audit at least once a year. A certificate revalidation procedure will be carried out every three years to maintain the validity of ISO 27001 certification. The regular ISO 27001 audit was conducted on August 11, 2025, and the certificate is valid until August 10, 2028.

| Innovation Management |
- In order to protect the Company's freedom of operation, strengthen its leading position in the industry, and maintain advanced technological achievements, we strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights . As of the end of September 2025, the total number of global patent applications of the Company has accumulated to 995, and the number of global granted patents has accumulated to 555.
- To improve factory abnormality handling efficiency and enhance production quality, the FDAD program (Flow of Defected & Delayed) was implemented starting from April 22, 2024.
- To track the progress of each business activity and ensure effective utilization of internal resources, a new SOC (Sales Operation Code) management system has been introduced.

Sustainable Supply Chain Management |
- The company has established the "Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility Commitment", which supplier partners are required to read, understand, and sign for confirmation. In 2025, a total of 98 suppliers (those with annual delivery amounts exceeding NT$1 million) were required to comply with the "Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility Commitment", achieving a compliance rate of 91%. The commitment covers four key areas: integrity in business operations, labor rights and human rights, health and safety, and environmental protection. Through this initiative, the company seeks to foster mutual growth with supply chain partners, build sustainable partnerships, and jointly promote the implementation of corporate social responsibility.
- Regularly conduct supplier assessment every year. Total of 98 suppliers have been evaluated in 2025 (supplier with annual delivery amount reaches NTD 1 million), including 2 suppliers with grade A; 95 suppliers with grade B; 1 supplier with grade C and 0 supplier with grade D.

| Climate and Energy |
- In line with the principles of sustainable development, the Company is committed to mitigating the impacts of climate change and enhancing energy efficiency. A "Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Target" has been established to achieve energy conservation, carbon reduction, and minimize environmental impact.
- The replacement of all lighting equipment with LED fixtures on the 9th and 10th floors of the Zhonghe office is expected to reduce electricity consumption by 34.4%. A vendor quotation has already been obtained, and further evaluation will be conducted to determine whether to proceed with the replacement.
- In the new Pingzhen factory, in addition to the original colored steel exterior walls, an additional interior wall has been constructed to effectively block outdoor temperatures, reduce indoor temperatures, and achieve energy-saving effects.

Talents Attraction and Retention |
- As of September 30th this year, the six-month employee retention rate (target: above 70%) was 73.9%. A total of 46 employees joined, and 12 employees left before completing six months of employment.
- Competitive salary (Target P75): Based on the latest 2024 salary data for full-time employees not in managerial positions, among 1,767 listed companies disclosed, the company ranks 399th in average salary and 368th in median salary. The p-values are 77.4 and 79.2, respectively.
- Club activity subsidies are provided to encourage employees to participate in various groups. Through leisure activities, employees can enhance both physical and mental well-being while strengthening relationships. For example, Camping, Hiking, Badminton, and Golf.
- A fitness cnter is established along with two weekly aerobics classes, these initiatives not only promote employees’ physical and mental health but also help relieve work stress, foster stronger connections among colleagues, and improve concentration and work efficiency through regular exercise.

| Occupational Safety and Health |
- According to labor health protection rules, employers should carry out regular general health checkups for in-service workers within the prescribed time limit. We conduct health check management on in-service employees every year better than the labor health protection rules.
- In accordance with the Fire Protection Act and its implementation rules, conduct annual fire inspections of the office environment within the time limit for the affiliated offices and report to the fire brigade.
- In order to ensure the air quality of the working environment of our colleagues, we entrust a qualified working environment measurement manufacturer to conduct regular environmental air quality testing.

- Sponsored the "2025 Summer Activities for Kids" event organized by the Shulin District Sports Association to promote the children’s sports summer camp, pass on professional skills, continue the sports talent cultivation program, promote healthy sports and recreational activities, and strengthen young students’ physical fitness, professional skills, and teamwork.
- Sponsored the "2025 Sustainable Smart Innovation Hackathon Competition" jointly organized by eight universities in central Taiwan, where students presented creative proposals expected to optimize industry operation management, promote service innovation, and contribute to building a friendly and cooperative society.
- In September 2025, a donation was made to the "Foundation of Cardiovascular Medicine", which primarily supports cardiac medical research, funds specialized training and international exchanges for cardiovascular medical professionals, and advances Taiwan’s academic and technical capabilities in cardiac surgery, ultimately benefiting more patients in the future.
