Ethical Management

  1. Policy for the integrity of business operations:
    The company creates the “codes for integrity of business operations” to regulate internal management and external business activities. The employee should follow the codes that are based on the concepts of integrity, transparency and responsibility.
  2. Implementation unit:
    On the basis of each unit’s work and category, the finance & admin department shall supervise the relevant operational mattes to ensure the implementation of the codes for integrity of business operations, and report the implementation results to the board of directors at least once a year.
  3. Implementation status:
    • Promotion of integrity management policy

      In order to strengthen the awareness of integrity operation, the company holds education courses regarding to integrity management for newcomers training. The company has held a total of 12 integrity management courses with a total of 19 participants and a total of 19 hours training for newcomers from October 2023 to September 2024. In addition, integrity management policy online courses and tests for all employees have been completed to enhance clearer understanding and complete implementation.

    • Establishment of reporting system

      The company creates the "Prosecution Methods for Violation of Codes of Operational Integrity" which states the standards for the investigation procedures and the related confidential mechanism for a reported issue in the company. The company sets up reporting mailbox and protect the informer from improper treatment due to a report.

    • Effective implementation of ethical corporate management

      The "Corporate Governance" and "Ethical Management" sections have been set up on the company's website to provide information regarding to integrity management. In addition, the company offers various communication channels for illegal and unethical behavior.

  4. Irregular Business Conduct:Mail Ethical Management Team
