- Request the company to pay attention to the environmental issues internally and reinforce supplier management. All of the provided products, parts, materials and accessories should be in accordance with the domestic and international environmental standards.
- Request the suppliers to be in compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and read the “Labor Safety and Health Management Implementation Rules.” For any violations, the company will request all of the involved personnel or suppliers to improve within a time limit, or else the employment or purchase contract shall be terminated as a punishment.

- Sponsor the "2023 Summer Activities for Kids" event held by Shulin District Sports Association to promote the sports talent cultivation program, and strengthen children's physical fitness and professional skill.
- Sponsored "2023 Sustainable Smart Innovation Hackathon Competition" jointly organized by eight universities. Creative proposals were presented by students in the competition, expecting to fulfill operation management optimization, service innovation and friendly society.
- In August 2024, a donation was made to the "Foundation of Cardiovascular Medicine," which primarily supports cardiac medical research. Additionally, the foundation also provides incentive allowance for cardiac surgery professionals, offering them opportunities to participate in advanced training abroad and engage in international exchanges. These efforts aim to further enhance Taiwanese academic and techniques in cardiac surgery, ultimately benefiting more patients in the future.
