LCD/ LCM API conducts highly accurate Lite-on inspection for Mura defects. The inspection panel sizes range from 12" to 110" that are suitable for CT1 and CT2 Lite-on test during cell manufacturing process, after-bonding API and final test API during module manufacturing process.
Auto/ Semi-Auto API
Auto/ Semi-Auto API is a well-developed system designed with smooth mechanism and multi-lighting to conduct highly accurate Lite-on inspection for Mura defects. This system is designed especially for before-bonding and after--bonding automotive panel. Inspection panel sizes range from 3" to 17".
PCBI AOI
PCBI AOI performs surface inspection after COG/COF bonding process and can be further combined with Lite-on inspection function to inspect Mura defects. Inspection panel sizes range from 12" to 75".
DeMura + API
DeMura (Mura modification) system is an unique AOI system designed for defect analysis on panels that could perform modification function on various Mura defects with special algorithm to effectively improve value of panels. Inspection panel size could be customized according to demands.
AKKON
AKKON AOI conducts analysis and inspection for panel size 1.4"~12" with high resolution CCD.
